How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Meetzpe account directly from the app. No need to contact us or send an email.
- Open the Meetzpe app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings (the user tab at the bottom of the screen).
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation message and tap Delete My Account to confirm.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once you delete your account, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account profile — name, email, and authentication credentials.
- Your businesses — all business listings you created, including their descriptions, images, contact information, and working hours.
- Your events — all event listings you created, including their descriptions, images, schedules, and attendee lists.
- Your uploaded images — all photos and images you uploaded for your businesses and events.
- Your saved items — any businesses or events you saved or bookmarked.
- Push notification tokens — you will no longer receive any notifications from Meetzpe.
- Quota and usage data — your plan tier and all usage history.
What Gets Anonymized
Some records are kept for legal and operational purposes but are anonymized so they can no longer be linked to you:
- Event registrations — if you registered for events created by other users, those registration records are retained for the event organizer's records, but your identity is removed.
- Reports — if you reported content, the report is kept for moderation purposes, but your identity is removed.
Anonymized records contain no personally identifiable information and cannot be traced back to you.
Important Things to Know
- This is irreversible. We cannot restore a deleted account or any of its data.
- Active events will be removed. If you have events with registered attendees, those events will be deleted. Consider canceling them first to notify attendees.
- Business listings will be removed. Any businesses you created will no longer appear in the app.
- You can create a new account. After deletion, you can sign up again with the same or a different authentication provider, but none of your previous data will be available.

If you are unable to access the app or prefer to have us delete your account on your behalf, you can contact us by email. Please include the email address associated with your Meetzpe account so we can verify your identity.
We will process your request within 30 days.
